Professor University (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who visits and uses this platform. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

When you register for a free account, we collect your name and email address. When you submit a contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, role, and message. If you choose to participate in surveys or provide feedback, we retain that information as well.
We do not collect payment information. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties under any circumstances.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to operate and improve the platform, respond to enquiries and interview requests, send occasional updates about new archive additions or editorial content (only where you have opted in), and analyse aggregate usage patterns to understand how our audience engages with the archive. We do not use your information for targeted advertising.
